  1. Horrible servicing at this location. No one wants to work. I opt for drive u. I told it was busy. I was parked for one hour waiting on my ordered. A clerk came out and told me it would take 4 hours. I saw 6 people working drive up. Standing around inside with vest on.
Outside side had two cars mine and anther lady waiting. No cars were pulling up. I don’t understand why the clerk lied and kept me waiting 3 hours

  2. I placed an order for pickup because it said there was only one left in my size. I ended up heading over sooner than I planned, so my order was not ready. As I waited off to the side, one of the reps at the desk asked if I needed help. I told her I was just waiting and she then went above and beyond to help me. After checking with the other rep at the desk to make sure it was ok, she took me upstairs to find the t-shirt I wanted. She then walked me through canceling the pickup order I had placed. I can’t recall her name, but it was around 4:30pm on Friday, Feb 24. What a great customer experience!

  3. Very large target. I was just at a target yesterday where they were removing the Starbucks and they doing the same here. Okay now what’s going on with target and Starbucks.

  4. The kids and I enjoy shopping at Target..we know what we want, we get what we need, but we also enjoy looking at the latest items that are at the store (basically, what we’ll get the next time we visit, lol).

  5. Is Target turning into Walmart??? Every time I come to this location there is only 1 cashier working the whole store. I will not do self checkout with a basket full of groceries. But there are never any cashiers on the second floor. Horrible experience shopping here on my last trip. Had the cashier on the second floor literally ignore me because he was at the end of his shift. Very poor customer service, I think I’ll be heading to Trader Joe’s

I ordered a vaccum online because my local store didn’t have the one I wanted. I was sent one that had obviously been used. I was able to return it to my local store for a refund. I didn’t realize that Target sent out used item when new ones were ordered.

I ordered my item for pickup and no one came outside to bring it to my vehicle after I put the parking spot number. And this was before the it starts to rain. I waited 10 to 15 minutes and no one came out. Plus, it was drizzling at this time. I called the store and connect to the Customer Service Desk. No one answered of course. I parked and went inside. I saw there were three people at Customer Service. There was no reason for one of them to not do their job. Now I am late coming back from my lunch break for work. I will not be coming back to this Target anytime soon or never.

Not too happy with the Target checkout in Kenner, Louisiana this afternoon. The cashier seemed so annoyed with checking out multiple cans of pet food. I said hello, but no reply. I tried to joke and be cordial, but she just scowled and pinched her face up. I said thank you when I left and she almost threw the receipt at me. She said nothing. Please put a self check out at this location and fire your rude cashiers. I’d rather do it myself than deal with hateful employees. I also filled out my receipt survey this time. Maybe Target will send this cashier to Target Finishing School and teach her some manners.

Me and a friend went 2 three yes THREE locations 2 find a pair of shoes for an event. 1st location(westbank) had the shoe as a display but wasnt the correct size. We were told that the shoe was available in metairie; correct size n color. 2nd location (metairie) didnt have the shoe and suggested the saleswoman incorrectly said METAIRIE but meant KENNER. 3rd location (kenner) initially said they didnt have the shoe at all but after much interaction the miraculously found the shoe in the back employee area…after 30-45 minutes. Who knows mayb they loved the shoes n had intention on purchasing them 4 themselves. Naturally this made us late for said event. On a side note I saw sum great graphic tees. Have a look? Thanks Tar-get!

I have had numerous visits to this Target store & this visit is the visit where I decided to let it be known that I have no idea why any of the associates show up for work. They are so dry, not welcoming @ all. This should not be. I’ve applied to Target and I don’t even get a callback, but they can hire the people that have no personality. I think the entire staff should retrained or replaced.

I was in this Target yesterday on a very short lunch break from work. As I approach the check out, an associate says to the person in front of me in line, “there’s self-check out only, the cashier went on break”. I look behind me and there is already four people behind me with full baskets trying to check-out also. I had a substantial amount of items in my basket and needed to get back to work. It took me 30 minutes to get out of Target after reaching that check out line! If I didn’t really need the medicine I had in the cart for my child, I would have left everything there. How can Target have ZERO cashiers to check people out around lunch time??! If this is what’s up, I won’t be going back to this location. I will say that the store was better stocked up this time, versus a few months ago when there were shelves empty and the place was a mess.

Great store with tons of merchandise. We went for some birthday gifts but found they had a few different bags of frozen veggies for .95 and .99 cents.

This place is great before 10am. Anytime after the line is ridiculous. TARGET NEEDS TO PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES SO THEY CAN STAFF REGISTERS. NO ONE should be self checking out with more than 15 things! Stop worrying about shareholders and worry about your customers. I won’t be back unless it’s for something specific I can’t find anywhere else no more leisurely walking the aisles wasting my disrectionary money.

The employees at the Starbucks here are kind and friendly. The store unfortunately, needs a bit of work. Clothing department isn’t the neatest. This isn’t the most organized Target but it’s not the worst

First time I’ve walked out of a store with nothing. I’ve never seen a Target look like this. With high expectations of the chain, I’m soo disappointed with the overall look and care of the store. I don’t know if they have been hit hard from the holidays but the disarray in the store is harsh. NOTHING is in place. No sense of direction. No recovery has been done at all. The quality of the store is poor. I promise I’ll never be back to this location in Harvey.
